Does the diet pill Alli really work with a balanced diet and work out?
Question:
My goal weight is 175pounds and I weight 200 pounds
Answer:
I have been taken this drug for 8 years by prescription. The real name is Xenical. It works, I lost 70 lbs and have not put any back on. Remember, this is only a crutch. This drug inhibits fat from being metabolized in your body. It doesn't mean you can go out and eat McDonald's and the pill will stop the fat. It will take the fat, but you still have deal with calories. If you want to know more, e-mail me Mr. King said it will harm you. It is the safest med I know. One more thing, because the fat is not metabolized, my cholesterol dropped from 350 to 154 because there is not fat to clogged your arteries.
It does work, but just a little bit. And for the side effects that many people experience, such as anal leakage, I don't think its worth it. I think you should continue what your doing because it sounds like your doing well, and when it becomes more difficult to lose weight (like the last 5-10 pounds) you can change your routine (change the type of cardio you do) and then maybe if you really need to, you can throw alli in, but have an extra set of underwear and pants in your car.
it will help u initially but it may harm u in ur futher life after all its a chemical composition. my advice not use it per form regular exercise and have a good diet .
It works by not allowing your body to digest all fat, but the real trick here is its basically a tap on the shoulder saying don't eat all that fat. When you eat alot of fat you instantly have diarrhea which can lead to embarrassing accidents so you cut your fat down because of this. So yes it is the reminder to eat right if you need that reminder then it should work. Statistically (this was told to me by a doctor) only 17 percent of people on it lose weight. If you cut fats and exercise only good can come of it.
