Alli diet pills???
Question:
how much weight can you lose in a month if you do the program how you're supposed to?
i want to lose 20 pounds.
how long will this take?
Answer:
I just started taking them yesterday so I'll let you know...I only want to lose 5-10 pounds.
could take a while using these pills. I am taking them. but i dont expect the weight to just melt off, it took time to put it on it will take time to take it off - if youre doing it healthy.
go do something healthy not the fake crap.
All diet pills are a scam. They only "work" for the companies who make them by making them money. They all have side effects. The only real way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat a better diet and exercise daily. I know that isn't waht you wanted to hear, but it is the truth. Good Luck.
I was waiting on a question about this. I got some information on this the other day. They say that you can lose about 2-3 pounds a week more by taking the alli diet pills. They sure are expensive though. I'm not sure yet if I want to start taking them or not. I'm a little worried about the uncontrollable bowel side effect. So I think I'm going to wait until it's out for a little longer and see what other people have to say before I go and spend that much money on yet another diet pill.
Another person trying to cheat.
While your at the drugstore buying Alli, dont forget to pick up some adult diapers. A common side effect is anal leakage with this drug, look it up online before you go waste your money. It just sounds like your lazy and looking for the easy route, well let me tell you something you havnt thought of: How are you gunna keep the weight off if you happen to lose it? Thats why people are like yoyos, they gain, lose, and they gain it back.
Why dont you diet and exercise
You'll lose about 1 more pound a month than usual, but you'll have grease and oil leaking out of your butt. People actually spotted their clothes with uncontrollable anal discharges. You'll need adult diapers if you take it,
No, they dont.

They're really bad for you and can cause SEVERE side effects (mostly bathroom issues) if you don't follow the diet exactly- which basically means eating almost no fat. You'd probably see the same results if you upped your fiber, veggie and fruit intake (and drank lots of water). And exercised. There's no such thing as a magic pill.
Alli is a lower dose version of Xenical (Orlistat). This diet pill seems to work, but you have to worry about "leakage." Physicians report that you lose just as much with proper diet and excercise and don't have the side effects (i.e. gas; oily stools; etc.). You may want to check out some reports on Orlistat before really taking this product long term.
Do you know how they work? You might as well chain a toilet to your a** because they make the body not absorb the fat. Which means you are going to have stinky bowel movements.
The FDA approved alli pills do not have hunger control or any of that, so you have to remain disciplined.
If you normally lose 10lbs in a month through diet and exercise, the pills will boost your weight loss to a total of 15 lbs.
You are requested to limit your fat intake to 5-8 grams a meal. If not, then the unpleasent bowel movement occurs.
It's not meant as a magic pill to solve the problem of exercise. So take it as a suppliment to healthy eating and proper exercise.
