How do you lose weight in a short amount of time with out diet pills?

I want to lose 15 pounds in two weeks if it's possible without using diet pills or developing an eating disorder. Please help.

Well, besides the fact that it's not healthy to lose that amount of weight in that time, here are some simple tips.

~Drink less water. Your best hope for this goal is to cut water weight.
~Cut down to about 1200 calories per day. You need to eat the bare minimum to keep your body from going into "starvation mode," which actually makes you prone to gaining weight.
~Try to sweat as much as possible. Again, you are trying to cut water weight.
~Avoid salt like the plague. Salt causes you to retain water.
~Fit in as much aerobic exercise as you can. It will help you burn calories faster.
