Any reliable diet pills out there?

Question:
I wanna lose weight but i am becoming to lose faith in it ever showing the results i want before school starts. I want to lose a good 20 pounds or more just to look better and feel more confident. I'm 15 and i weigh about 170-175? I'm 5''6 - 5"7. Any reliable or safe diet pills out there? That arent expensive? My sister tried some her 1st yr of college and i took half of that pill because i knew it was strong. It had annoying side effects such as moodiness and blurred vision. I want a diet pill with out serious symptoms.

Answer:
chances are that if a half pill gave you side effects then other pills will too.

A pill will not make you lose weight - it can suppress your appetite, but if you eat the same amount and don't exercise you will not lose any weight.

if there was a diet pill that was guaranteed then we would all be on it...start some daily walks and cut out junk food and soda and you will be better off than a diet pill
I took diet pills and it made me lose my thyroid, try losing weight when you have an underactive thyroid.

I really have to advise any one looking for diet pills to rethink that, because once your thyroid goes, your running 8-10 hours a day and eatting leafes all day just to NOT gain, and forget about loosing
Don't use that crap. Its not health or reliable.
Your young and metabolism should work well. Exercise a few times a week 20- 30 minutes (break a sweat) and eat lots of fruits, vegetables, lean protein (fish, turkey) and drink lots of water. This will make you look and feel the way U want.
i don't think there is but keep on asking and if anything just except your self and be happy.
You're looking for a dream pill. You're young... don't rely on pills, instead exercise. You're young your metabolism should be fast... just do what you like to do for fun. Ride a bike, go running, walk. do something that you like to do that keeps you active.

if you want to lose weight and keep it off join a gym and see a dietician, if you want a cheaper way walk, jog , jump rope, swim, dance , or do any other cardio activity for at least 30 minutes a day. avoid fast food or food high in fat/ oil including fried foods and butter. eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink a lot of low fat milk and other low fat dairy products. get to eat enough healthy protein every day like grilled/broild fish. get oil from healthy sources like avocadoes and olive oil( just a little is enough) you don't need too much fat.also avoid too much sugar , keep it for treats only.

I don't know what your sister took, but from the side effects you describe, I suspect it was amphetamines. They may not have been legal. It's lucky you only took 1/2 or you may have been in real trouble.
Most diet pills say "Works best when combined with a heathy diet and exercise program". The truth is most legal over the counter pills don't do anything, except make someone $$$$.
Go to MyPyramid.gov for a healthy balanced diet and walk, bike, swim, jump rope, play soccer, etc, for at least 60 minutes everyday. If you can do more you will burn more calories everyday!
A 20 pound loss by september is possible but you may want to consider a final goal. A healthy weight for a 5'7" woman with a large frame is 143-163, medium frame is 133-144, small frame is 123-136. Subtract 3 pounds from these ranges if you are 5'6". Your frame is your bone structure, if you are "big-boned" then a 20 pound loss will put you in the middle of the range-a good place to be.
Please concentrate on health, the improvement in your weight will be a lasting side effect. I'm 44 years old, I tried starvation, pills, fad diets - pretty much anything to avoid eating vegetables (uhg). At 36 I got sick and the doctor weighed me for antibiotics.I was 205. I now weigh a powerful 132. I step on the scale daily now. I exercise 6 to 13 hours a week. I have tons of energy and no diet pill can give you what you CAN EARN for yourself.
If a veggie hater like me can learn to love salad, so can you!
