Are you considering taking Alli, the new diet pill aka Xenical?
Question:
First, it REALLY DOES WORK! They aren't fooling, this pill legitimately blocks fat from your body. It follows the same concept as the Olestra that was in WOW chips. All the fat and grease that you ingest will be blocked and will pass through your system!
Sounds great... in principle. But the problem is, it works TOO well.
WARNING: Some of this from here on is disgusting but you need to be aware of it if you are considering this drug.
That fat and grease that doesn't get absorbed continues into your intenstines and, with nothing to hold it back, just keeps on going. I think you get my drift. You have NO control over it.
You WILL want to wear some kind of "protection" with this pill. Yes, I mean adult diapers!
Answer:
That is what happens when you ingest fat while taking the pill. The strict guidelines tell you NOT to eat fatty foods while you take these pills. You have to be ready and willing to CHANGE YOUR ENTIRE ROUTINE before you make a committment. A complete lifestyle change. I have been taking alli for a week. The one time I eat something that shouldn't been eaten its going to come right out. That is the way its made its a "fat blocker" if you intake fat its going to pass thru your body almost immediately. Directions specifically tell you to follow a strict diet and excercise this pill works but only if you let it.
No, I do not plan on taking the new pill. I don't think it sounds too healthy. I believe in the traditional way of losing weight, getting up and exercising!
No, I think have a good meal with fit nutrion and do more exercise is better for you.
