Is the new diet pill alli safe and effective, for people who only want to loose 15lbs?

Luna be safer, dieters green tea- china store or health foods with honey, vit's b and 1-3 tablespoons of vinegar a day and run up stairs, these are all cleaners and believe it they will have you losing weight in only a few hours not days and weeks months or years.
NO diet pill is safe & let's just leave it at that. Your body is a temple, treat it with respect. "Lose" weight the natural & healthy way. Eat healthy, drink lots of water, & exercise daily, for at least an hour.
First it's 'I gotta loose 15 Lbs.' Then, once you notice the weight is gone, you say, 'I can stand to loose another 5.' Then 5 more, another 5, 'jeez i still look fat, lets keep going.' Pretty soon, you are 60 Lbs Soaking Wet and still think you look too fat. Just change the way you eat to nutritional foods that have much less fat than what you have been eating. Add exercise and Voila. you can loose the weight the safe way. Yea it is hard to get motivated to do it, but once you start and you begin to see the results, you'll enjoy doing it. Just remember, Fat takes up more space than Muscle, so if you are slimming down but your weight keeps increasing, you Are doing things correctly. That would be a natural result of you lifting weights and running, sit ups, ETC.
Gee, maybe I should take my own advice, but then again, I'm a guy, so I don't take advice from anyone, not even myself. (Banging head against Wall)
