What is the best diet for loosing 15 pounds in less than one month, without using pills or vomitting?

Question:

Answer:
15 pounds a month is very do-able. Cut out sugar, eat modest portions of food and start a regular exercise routine. That should do it.
TAPEWORM!
eat nothing but vegetables, some fruits, and some nuts.
Eat less, cut down on junk food, and exercise more.
there is no foolproof way to lose weight quickly other than starving yourself, which is not something I would recommend. I'd recommend eating only lean meats (chicken breasts, grilled fish, and extra lean ground beef), a lot of veggies, and cut out bad (white) carbs/starches from your diet. eat whole grains instead. and don't drink sugary sodas. drink A LOT of water.
I lost 15 pounds in a few weeks when I gave up sugared soft drinks.
Do Sports! I mean real sports! Not "Nordic walking" or something like that.

And don't drink Coke (light) and stuff all the day. And stop eating this american **** like cerials or waffels.
I did something similar to the slim fast thing. I used Carnation Breakfast Drinks. It comes in powdered form and you add to fat free milk. I drank them for breakfast and lunch. It's basically the same (calories/vitamins) as slim fast but A LOT CHEAPER!! Or try the Special K cereal, same thing, breakfast and lunch.

And exercise for at least 20-30 minutes a day. Even if it's just walking.
i lost 13 LBS on the atkins diet in 2 weeks but i did swimming for 45 mins a day as well
haha I did that for prom. All I ate was crackers and kool aid. And I killed hunger pangs by drinking water until I felt like I was going to explode. Fruits and Veggies also help for when you get sick of crackers.
That doesn't sound very healthy, If you want to lose weight without doing damage to your body you should only be losing 2-3 pounds a week.

Any faster than that and your body reacts negatively, and when you start eating normally again after you have lost a lot of weight your body will go into a starvation mode. making you gain back the weight very quickly.

The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to do it slowly.
15 pounds in a month is NOT doable if you want to do it safely. That would mean you'd have to lose about 4 pounds each week. The same average would be anywhere between 1 and 3 pounds per week. You'd lose about 4-12 pounds in the month if you do it safely. Just look up the USDA's Food Pyramid, stick to it and get some exercise and a lot of water. You should do fine. Good luck! :)
I agree with the above. The most you should restrict your calories by a day is 500kcal's. This equals a max of 3500kcal's a week.

3500kcal's = approx 1LB in body weight, so in terms of safety you should lose a maximum of 4 pounds a month. If however you are new to exercise or have really bad eating habits you may lose more than this in the first month or so...

The only proper way to lose weight is to expend more calories than you intake. This is usually done by healthy eating (not dieting) high intensity cardio and some form or weight bearing exercise.

Like i said it ultimately comes down to how many calories you can burn off, regardless of whether there fat calories or carb calories.
Be on a liquid diet. But ensure that you dont sweat at all. Also dont eat or drink milk products. I could think of this.

early morning
1 cup of water with three spoons of honey and half a lemon.

2 slices of bread (medium size and without jam)

drink two to three glasses of water before lunch and dont munch anything even if you feel hungry.

lunch
1 glass of orange juice or lemonaide
4 slices of bread (medium size and without jam) if you want you can dip it in the juice. It sounds wiered but you have to try it.

evening
no tea or coffee please
fresh vegetable like carrots, etc.
not more than 100 grams.

night
boiled vegetables with a glass of diluted milk. Put 1/4 cup of concentrated milk and pour 3/4 cups of water into it and boil it nicely and drink it after it cools without sugar.

next day morning onwards drink 2 comfortably warm water mixed with 1/2 tea spoon of salt and follow the same routine as mentioned above.

It sure does work.
brisk walking, avoid coffee and sugar. it will happen. walk for 2 hours a day
exercise! take at least a 45 minute walk everyday. Do some circuit training. If you don't want to go to the gym, then do 100 sit-ups, 50 lunges, 50 squats, and 20 push-ups 5 times a week ( M T TR F S).

drink a gallon of water a day. drink lots of water, it is so good for losing weight.

eat 5 small meals a day. healthy meals. don't eat fruit after noon (sugar). have breakfast be your biggest meal. try things like oatmeal, fruits and juice in the a.m. Dont eat 3 hours before bed.

The zone diet is pretty good, it is all about balanced meals. What ever you do, don't starve yourself. You will gain more weight when you start eating again, and your body doesn't like it.
eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day, 2 of the meals should b protein drinks, the other meals should consist of
protein: egg whites, chicken, tuna, fish, steak
complex carbs: brown rice, yams, whole wheat breads
veggies: asparagus, green beans, broccolie, other green veggies
and drink alot of water, and drink green tea throughout the day
.cardio 6 days a week, in the morning, before any breakfast right after u wake up, walk on the treadmil for atleast 40 minutes.in the afternoon 3 times a week do a full body low weight circuit workout, do abs every other day. email me if u need anything else
