Diet pills and fad diets are not the way to loose weight! That will only cause health problems down the road. Eat a healthy meal, at least 3 times a day, watch your carbs and calories. Stay away from empty calories like junk food and fast food.
you can exercise at your desk, can do push ups against desk, leg lifts etc,, use your imagination or google desk exercises
and watch the chips and sugary sodas
EAt a healthy, well balanced diet, get exercise before or after work and realize that alcohol has calories too which put on wheight.
Never try diet pill, they are not good ways to lose weight.
The best way is the most natural way is eating good food with less fat, doing more exercise to burn the redudant fat.
Try to do more manual labour such as walk to work or ride to work, go on foot dont use the lift... etc...

It enables the body to run more efficiently, speeds up metabolism, and makes it easier to lose weight and burn fat. Your body is made up of 70% water and needs a lot of water each day to perform its necessary functions.
Park at the way back of the parking lot so you have to walk...take stairs whenever possible..take a walk at lunch hour or after work...and drink lots of H2O! (8 8oz. glasses at the least!) No magic pill will help and can be dangerous as well. Exercise and sensible diet always work best for me! I am 34, have 3 children, 5'4 and 115 lbs.
