How can i lose weight without going and buying diet pills?

Two hours later I had a cup of cottage cheese and grapes (about 200 calories). Later I had a half a peanut butter sandwich and a banana (250 calories) , for dinner I had fish, broccoli, a bottle of acai juice, and raspberries with acai sorbet. (about 500 calories). I also had a small snack of walnuts, grapes and two olives before bed. (about 150 calories)...1450 calories for the day total. I had a bike ride and did some yoga. If I repeated this with my BMI and calorie requirements for four days, I will lose just over a pound. That and I am building healthy muscle. I take fish oil supps, calcium supps and a multivitamin. I also take chromium which helps your metabolism. All this equals a leaner me, but without the wear and tear of fasting then eating crappy food sporadically. Eating small meals increases your metabolism. Eating well keeps your body young looking forever and healthy. Exercising with it is the recipe for lifelong health.
Excersise ! Run and stay motivated!
Find your BMR (how many calories your body burns even if you sleep all day) and monitor how many calories you're eating. It's most efficient if you eat ~250 calories less than your BMR a day.

Eat once an hour; small portions & healthy food (fruit works well). If you are constantly eating once an hour, your metabolism is constantly at it's peak.

Excersize regularly.
