i have been takeing it for the past 3days.. so far i dont really see any "treatment effects" or any actually weight loss.. i know that you lose weight slowly on this.. but i want to know from people who have used it and been on it for a while.. how much weight did you lose and was it worth the price.. also.. is there any other side effects that you have to worrie about.. and did you have to use the bathroom as bad/much as they said you would have to?

The best way to lose weight is to get your mind set on a goal, stick to 800-1200 calorie diet, excercise daily (at least 30 mins of cardio), and drink 1-2 quarts of water a day
you can do it with out the pills
I saw on TV that you lose about 5 more pounds taking Alli with a diet program than you do with the diet only and not taking it. I don't know if that would be worth the cost to you. I say not.
