Is there A diet pill for teens?
Question:
Cuz im fat haha. and i rly rly need to love weight iv tried watching wat i eat but it doesnt work!
Anyone know?
Answer:
Diet pills aren't safe. Diet and exercise are the only real ways to lose weight. It would be nice if there was a miracle pill, but sadly, there isn't.
Cutting out soda is a great idea. Also never ever skip meals. If you starve yourself your body will just go into "famine mode" and will store whatever fat from the next thing you eat.
The thing that worked for me was to eat five SMALL meals a day. That way you're mind thinks you're eating more, and if you're not hungry it's less miserable.
exercise.
sorry but no. there is no such thing as a diet pill that works...even that new pill that came out, alli, has a prescription version. if there was a diet pill that worked there would not be an obesity problem.
as for weight loss, start a food journal and write down EVERYTHING that goes into your mouth even if it is just one potato chip. eventually you will not eat as much ((not saying you do)) also, what helped me lose weight was cutting out ALL soda. just that alone will cut a ton of calories.
watching what you eat does work you just need to eat less bieng hungry is alright
You don't need a diet pill. They often have bad side effects, and usually you gain the weight right back. A lot of them aren't safe. I would reccomend you see your doctor and have them suggest a healthy weight loss plan. There is no easy way out, you will have to work.
