Has anyone tried the new OTC diet pill approved by the FDA Alli?
Question:
Answer:
I have been on it for 4 days and have lost 5 pounds with no side effects. So far so good!
I plan to try it. I did a bit of research on it before it cam eout and it appears to be one of the safesest. The side effects only exist if you eat too much fatty foods. And if the idea is to loose weight then i guess you will avoid fatty food. But it is one of the few that I have actually considered.
You are going to be hearing both good results and some side effects from people using alli.
Unlike diet products in the past where you can stick with it most of the day then give in to cravings at night an pig out on donuts, saying that you will start again in the morning, with alli you need to stay focused on a low fat diet all the time (not just part of the day).
With alli you need to keep your fat grams to 15 grams or under every meal, otherwise you can get some unpleasant side effects like an oily leakage, and a very urgent need to use the bathroom. The people that you see with these side effects haven't understood that you need to make a commitment with alli. a 100% of the day commitment.
If you follow the recommended instructions you can expect to lose about 50% more weight with alli than dieting by itself, which is a great accomplishment but if you are going to try and cheat and eat fatty foods, you won't be a happy user and you'll end up not using it.
If you think that lose 50% more weight is worth staying on a low fat diet all day, then alli could be right for you, but if you can't help but sqeeze in a greasy burger and fries when you out with your friends than alli is not right for you.
