Okay let me tell you a story.it may be related to this pill it may not...I dunno yet.
I have been taking weight loss supplements for a long time along with eating healthy and working out..I've lost 80lbs. No problems, my heart is fine!!
Recently I started taking ALLI last monday...I've lost 6lbs in 4 days..I experienced reverse effects, meaning I was constipated and so I took laxatives to help it along. It says it robs your body of nutrients so you need to take a multivitamin with it, or you will get sick or dehydrated from pooping. I thought I drank enough fluids but apparently not enough, that with the laxative and the heat.
I went to the hospital yesterday because I passed out at work.they said I was severely dehydrated, and my blood sugar was high. I've never ever been in the hospital, and since I took that pill, I ended up in there from being dehydrated. Could be a coincidence, and might not.
Just be careful...it's your health.
just don't. i had a few friends die because of diet pills. change your eating habits and start an excerise program!
Good question because I see that stuff everywhere..I thought they where condoms until I really looked. But If they are advertised like they are they must be really good.

i was all for it , i bought the book and i read about half way and then i seen the part ware it says to take a change of clothes with you and also you can have oily gas , i dont know about you but im not taking a baby bag incase i poop my self because im trying a new diet pill , lol sorry just had to tell you what i read in that book , just thought id share
I started taking it June 16th the day after it came out. and well my weight fluctuates so I really cant say I have lost any weight I keep taking it and hoping that the weight lose will soon come. I have been constipated to, I also have had the oily poops at first, I dont have them now and it has only been 11 days. I am not sure if it is working yet or not. I guess I would give it at this point in the game a maybe. maybe it does maybe it doesnt. only more time will tell. and I say to you try it. It sounds like it is working better for other people.
