What kind of diet pills will work?
Question:
Answer:
Don't try any pills. There is no magic ingredient in any of those, but just a lot of caffeine. Everybody's metabolism is different and to make sure what is going on with you I would recommend you to visit a dietician and a personal trainer too for better results.
Also, nutrisystem works as long as you keep eating it, that is why I recommend people to start a healthy diet the normal way: cooking at home. You need to learn how to eat healthy and portion control and that is something you won't get buying those "diet foods".
the most expensive kind work
none of them work.. diet and excersize!!
have u tried the alli pill? i havent but the people who did said it worked great. good luck
Phen/Fen worked like a charm! Unfortunately, it's off the market!
The new Alli doesn't sound like it's worth the hassle. I mean.. have you actually READ how it works?? OMG.. I'll keep the pounds rather then THAT option!
How does the Alli Diet Pill Work?
Here is where things get sketchy! The unabsorbed fat gets removed through bowel movements. The problem is this…people who eat too much fat in their diets can expect messy side effects like gas, oily discharge (uuuugghh), and diarrhea!
Get This…the instructions that come along with Alli suggest that people wear dark pants and bring an extra change of clothes until they properly adjust their eating habits. So…people who experience this will probably eat less fat and thus lose weight.
Try the new Alli pill. I recently did a research on it for a paper and the people i kno have used it and it worked. Keep doing the exercising and dieting it will all help.
Phentermine works well, especially when dieting and excersizing . You must have a prescription to get it though. There are also some strange side effects, like insomnia, hyperactivity, dry mouth, constipation, etc.
The most important thing is to watch what you eat and do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day.
i've been using Sleep n Slim, it's working pretty well lost 3lbs in a week. you take it at bed time, it's a natural product. it's $39.95. heres the link www.eurobotanicals.com make sure you check with your dr. i have a friend who followed the same diet she had prob. too, she finally saw her dr and found out it that she has started menapause. thats what happens when our bodies go through that creepy cycle.
Before you decide that you need a diet pill look at what you were eating while on Nutrisystem and what you are eating now.
Are you eating larger portion sizes, are you eating more during the day, have you added back the junk food? Seriously look inside yourself and answer th above questions.
Usually when someone goes off a portion controlled diet it is because the start to eat portions that are too large. Are you finding that instead of one portion of food you are now consuming 11/2 or 2 portions?
Before you eat any packaged foods, read the label and find out how much a portion is and stick to just 1 portion. For awhile I was bringing dry cereal to work for my breakfast in a plastic baggie without measuring it.
After a few weeks I started to gain weight. I know that I was eating healthy during the day and didn't know why I kept on gaining. I then decided to measure out my cereal, and I be shocked..I was eating over 21/2 serving per day. That's more than twice what I thought that I was eating.
You'll only need to measure your foods until you get use to portion sizes.
If you really do decide that you want to try a diet pill, try alli. It won't stop you from being hungry and can have unpleasant side effects if you eat too much fat, but if you follow the instructions the weight loss is remarkable.
