Does the diet pill Internal Flush really work?

Question:

Answer:
No diet pills really work. Read the labels...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.

There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and your attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again.
