They may help as part of a regime of exercise and calorie control, but are not the wonder cures they are often cracked up to be.
why do you think they all say with proper diet and exercise this product will help you lose weight. if you eat a proper diet and exercise you will lose weight therefore all the pills work...see my point. THEY ARE NOT MAGIC PILLS!

Sure, but they are not worth the side effect; nervous disorders, and heart problems to name a few. Just cut out the junk food as much as possible and exercise 3 days a week for at least 20 minutes and you’ll start to loose 2 to 3 pounds a week; that’s the norm. Good luck.
