Alli Diet Pill?
Question:
Answer:
No, Alli does not curb your appetite. I have been taking it since June 15th and have had good results. The main thing you should know before considering taking it is that you MUST be committed to eating healthy. You should eat about 15 grams of fat per meal and try really hard not to exceed that. In my experience and others that I have talked to, you only have the "treatment effects" if you exceed 15-18 grams of fat per meal.
You should always have a change of pants with you
I wouldn't do it, it removes large amounts of fat from the foods you consume, and side effects include "anal seepage"...meaning the fat that was not absorbed by your body cannot be turned into stool, therefor leaks out from your rectum. Not a pretty sight. Raises your risk of certain colon cancers and inflammation. I know this because I work with it, I suggest a healthy, nutritious diet and exercise regiment to safely and effectlively lose weight.
I agree with Marianne, just do it the old-fashioned way, and it doesn't involve a gimmick of some kind. Diet and exercise. And they keep mentioning the oily discharge thing, I just don't think that's a good idea
I just started taking it -and no, I haven't had any side effects yet. I'm not sure if it actually curbs the appetite, but I don't seem as hungry as before. It makes you more aware of what you're eating, and you can't eat high fat foods when you take it. So far I'm pleased with the results though. I've lost 4 pounds this week, and haven't crapped my pants once.
No, it doesn't surpress your appitite.
No,
Alli (Orlistat) acts in the intestine by blocking some of the dietary fat from being absorbed and digested. This undigested fat is later removed from the body through bowel movements. For more information visit: http://www.weight-loss-drug.co.uk/alli_d...
Have you looked at Proactol? I lost I went from 265 ro 244 in a month on Proactol. It is also a Fat Binder, it comes out of Europe, and is approved by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency)
Really a great product and it doesn't have any "Treatment Effects" I do recommend taking vitamins with it though as all fat binders/blockers block some vitamins as well.

The drug alli works by preventing the body from absorbing about 25 percent of the fat it ingests. When used along with a healthy diet plan and regular exercise, about half of people taking Alli in clinical studies lost 5 percent of their body weight in six months. for more information visit: http://www.new-diet-pills.info/allidietp...
