Do diet pills work and safe to use?

Don't use diet pills. They won't work permanently. There are countless reports on the averse effects of them. Once you take them, you'd have to be stuck with them. When you stop, the weight you lose comes back to haunt you.

None really work. Read the labels...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.
