READ THE LITERATURE that comes with the drug. The actual literature about the pill and side effects as this will tell you what you want to know. Also remember that unless you make some lifestyle changes you will not keep the weight off when you stop taking the pill.

My mother in an RN and she told me that even though alli is over the counter and suposadle safe, it could still have the same effect to your heart and liver like other diet pills. If you do loose weight, you will gain it back because you didn't realy change your life, it wasn't natrual. diet and exercise may take longer, but if you work hard you can keep it off.
NO! This pill does nothing like that. All it does is keep you from absorbing some of the fat in the food you eat. It does cause Diarrhea, however if you eat too much fat. I am trying it right now to see if I can lose 10 lbs. I am on my second day now. I feel fine.It is FDA approved...I also have a gym membership and am watching what I eat.
They recommend that you should stay at home when you start using it because it will make you crap weird. Like you will leak greasy poo out of your butt. Sounds nasty but it's completely true. No suicidal tendencies though. Really though, with the monthly cost of the pills your better off buying a gym membership, or just eating healthier.
