Anyone have any personal experience with the allie diet pills that are available over the counter now?

My best friend has been taking them for about a week now. She says you HAVE to follow the deit that restricts your fat intake, or else it really will give you oily loose stools. It explains that in the book though, she said its best to be on the diet for a couple of weeks BEFORE you start taking the pills, otherwise you will start off with diarrhea. Otherwise, she hasnt really seen too much of a difference yet.
I know she didnt, and you probably wont want to hear it either, but you know just cutting your fat intake to 45 grams a day, and walking for 30 minutes each day, you will lose weight regardless of what kind of pills that you are taking. Diet pills, are unfortunately considered a 'crash diet', and it is very easy to re-gain the weight that you lost as soon as you stop taking them and stop following the recommended diet. With excercise and a moderate diet you will lose weight too, and you dont need deit pills of any kind.

Go to newstarget.com and look up Alli diet pills. In the article it explains that you can only expect to lose a couple pounds a year. Which is stupid because you can lose that on your own and a major side effect is that you might crap your pants it is worded better but basically thats what is means. Would not recommend doing it.
