Do anyone has some real life experience with using Alli diet pill?
Question:
Answer:
Yes. I lost 8 lbs in 9 days with Alli. However it is not a miracle pill. You really have to work to lose the weight. I have exercised everyday and you really have to watch and count your calories and fat. If you dont you can get nasty side effects. So far i have been happy with this diet and I have had success. You cant just "try" the diet though. You have to commit to it.
Go to myalli.com It will give you the information you want. The message boards also contain real stories from people.
Good luck.
yes with diet and exersize its amazing
alli JUST came out, so no one is really going to have a long term story to tell about it.
I've used Xenical (Orlistat) as a Rx from my doctor. Its the same as Alli. Yes, with a sensible diet and exercise, Alli can help you get the results you want. Nothing is a better motivator than to see positive results, and help you stay honest about your diet. Exercise is important, of course.
Alli will bind with fat in what you eat and if you eat a high fat meal . uh, well, you will learn real fast not to do that again. Oily diarreha and gas is common. It teaches you pretty fast what has too much fat.
Please, there is no "diet pill". Just another way of a company to steal your money! If it were that easy, wouldn't doctor's prescribe this crap by the boatload and surgeries like gastric bypass and lap bands go to the wayside?
EXERCISE and a healthy portioned diet will do it! I promise!
I went to Walmart to get some the day Alli came out as OTC.I paid $50.00 and I ended up returning it back to the store because it didn't seem to have any effects.Actually it made me feel constipated. For the FDA to approve this drug, they must have took the good stuff out.I would not recommend, the clerk also gave me grief when I returned the pills
I'd like to try Alli, but I hear some of the side effects can be brutal, especially bowels that can be hard to control.
