Anyone try the new diet pill Alli? Are you on the toilet all day? Results?
Question:
Answer:
Okay let me tell you a story.it may be related to this pill it may not...I dunno yet.
I have been taking weight loss supplements for a long time along with eating healthy and working out..I've lost 80lbs. No problems, my heart is fine!!
Recently I started taking ALLI last monday...I've lost 6lbs in 4 days..I experienced reverse effects, meaning I was constipated and so I took laxatives to help it along. It says it robs your body of nutrients so you need to take a multivitamin with it, or you will get sick or dehydrated from pooping. I thought I drank enough fluids but apparently not enough, that with the laxative and the heat.
I went to the hospital saturday because I passed out at work.they said I was severely dehydrated, and my blood sugar was high. I've never ever been in the hospital, and since I took that pill, I ended up in there from being dehydrated. Could be a coincidence, and might not.
Just be careful...it's your health
maybe you should call your doctor and tell them what is going on.
Taken at meal-time, alli works by blocking about 25 percent of the fat in the food a person eats.
Because of the way it works, alli must be used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie, low-fat diet containing about 15 grams of fat per meal. The guides and information supplied in the alli package help the consumer to control the amount of fat in their meals, and to follow an "appealing, reduced-calorie, low-fat diet," says the company.
The FDA approval says, "the most common side effect of the product is a change in bowel habits, which may include loose stools. Eating a low fat diet will reduce the likelihood of this side effect.
----- I got all this info from the internet... but I still believe using an all natural product is always best.

Popular question this week.
Have you looked at Proactol? I lost I went from 265 to 244 in a month on Proactol. It is also a Fat Binder, it comes out of Europe, and is approved by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency)
Really a great product and it doesn't have any "Treatment Effects" I do recommend taking vitamins with it though as all fat binders/blockers block some vitamins as well.
