Diet pills!?
Question:
Answer:
Here is the thing. They are to be used with exercise and a reduced diet.
As far as Alli...that is brand new and it works over time. It takes commitment. Take it every day. You will not see results right away.
I use Lipo6x. It works. Only with exercise and reduced diet though. I go to the gym 6 days a week for 2.5 hours a day.
I also used Hydroxycut Hardcore. That works really well. But remember, its 'hardcore'...not to be used or taken lightly. You MUST follow the directions. I wouldn't recommend that one unless your a gym rat.
Oh, and with all of them, you need to drink a good 3 liters of water a day.
None of them. If you want to lose weight then you need to burn more calories than you eat. So, either eat less or exercise more.
I used Phen Fen years ago and ephedrine and it just caused the yo yo effect. I lost the weight, then when I went off them, I gained it back plus more. It's all a sham.
They all work for a short period of time until you stop taking them. If you are going to try any I would try the Alli. I have researched this one and it looks like it is safer than others that are out there. I do not recommend Xenadrine and others like that because they contain ingredients that can screw around with your circulatory system. Good luck!
Now that ephedra's been outlawed, none of them work.
Drink more water, eat less, exercise more.
* Hunger reduction pills sometimes work, but they won't cause you to lose weight unless you actually eat less. You can't skip breakfast and lunch and then eat a whole pizza for dinner.
Ephedra works! As long as you have no heart problems, your blood pressure is good and you do not exceed dosage. But like someone else said it will cause the yo yo effect. In the last year I have lost 70 pounds without pills. I cut out soda, replaced white bread with wheat, and stopped eating potatoes and corn. I also started eating at least 6 times a day, not full meals just a lot of snacks (not snack food). This style of eating has really worked and it's a lot cheaper than pills. The trick is not to call it a diet, it's a lifestyle change.
