hey...pls don't take any pills..the best remedy is drink little lemon juice every morning when you wake up.
meridia (5mg,10mg,and 15mg) and xenical (120mg) are perscription diet pills, but if you are looking for an OTC pill try Alli (60mg). it is the same as xenical but a lower dose. Alli is also the only OTC diet pill that is FDA approved. but you also have to chage the way you eat and add some exercise to your daily routine... good luck
