honestly, none of them work. i work in apharmacy and they are such ridiculous scams! Alli works, but its got nasty side effects, even if you watch your fat intake, you may end up crapping your pants, (seriously).
i wouldnt recommend taking any, even if its "safe" while breast feeding. id still be worried about my child.

Yes but I would not suggest taking that type of thing while breast feeding a child. After that you could try taking them, or just diet and get cardio in as much as possible. It could damage the baby or mess with the milk so I would either wait to take it or consult a doctor. I feel staying natural is better because it will save your body from all the junk in pills and supplements you put in it in the long run. Try eating small meals every three hours with water in between. Do not eat three hours before sleep or else you will store fat. This will up your metabolism.
Please do not take anything consider this you are what your baby eats even like herbel stuff, breast feeding alone burns tons of calories. We are not Hollywood moms so our bodies need to recouperate after giving birth. Besides they can afford to have lipo and tummy tucks so it's all deciption...

I know it sucks when you can't take anything especailly when you want to get back to your size, I've been there like four times already. Most of it is like alot of water retention, I know a low cal diet with lots of fluids to keep your milk coming and excersice over a period of time is key.

I hate it too, but if your'e breast feeding and keep track of what you eat, excersize and don't stress about your weight, you will get back to your size I've done it like four times. I hate not having control of my weight after having a baby, but I had to except it because it's really mother nature that won't let you get rid of it for the baby's sake. Don't take any weight loss pills or your baby may end up losing it at the end...
