Take this into consideration even if you think you are right and think the only way is by diet pills. First of all diet pills are the same thing as going outside and picking some leaves off a tree and eating them. They are NOT fda approved an therefore are not backed by any medical professional that has any character. I am not a die hard fanatic against them. They just wont work. Eat 3 meals a day..skipping meals decreases your metabolism. Skipping meals is counterproductive because your body slows down the process of breaking down carbohydrates in your body and after awhile your body doesn't want to digest the food you eat. Also, you need to run every day (don't be embarrased to get outside if you are overweight..just do it)...hope this helps.

Well i've never heard anything sbout dieting/weight loss pills before. So can't give my thoughts on them.
However If you want to try and lose 20 lbs in a healthy manner I have a few tips.
1) Eat whole wheat foods- stay away from white breads
2) Stay away from fast food/ pop
3) Go for a run 2-3 times a week ( run, not jog. Apparently jogging is actually bad for your calves). Approximatley 1 mile.

I'm not a die hard fanatic against them - but they VERY rarely work. Do you want to get the weight off and keep it off?
