I'm using ALLI diet pill, I don't eat very much fat 8grams of fat per meal. Will ALLI block the fat?
Question:
Answer:
Yes alli will still continue to block about 1/4 of your fat intake even at low fat. In fact the lower your fat intake the better it works. When you keep your fat intake low you not only avoid any side effects its also just plain healthier and your stool will be able to easily absorb the excess fat that you body expels easier when you eat less fat.
Good job on the diet it sounds like you are on the right track. If you want to read more about workout tips and alli tips visit this website and go to "read more about alli"

hope this helps.
It is supposed to block some of the fat you absorb, so if you are eating less fat then that is a good way to go.

What ever fat intake, you will see when you do #2. You will see the yellowish oil floating in the toilet bowl. The more fat you eat the dirtier the toilet will be (ring around the toilet...gross!) which will require you to clean the bowl every time you do #2. If I don't eat food with fat, then the stool is just regular. But since my eating habit really hasn't change (I still eat whatever I like), I know at least the fat is flushed out of my system. I don't feel so bloated anymore since taking this diet regimen. I feel cleansed and lighter. I may have lost 2-4 lbs since taking this pill (1.5 weeks). I'm 5'1 and weigh 135-140. Just be careful though, if you feel a fart coming on, you better be wearing a diaper or sitting down on a toilet :-)
Alli will block about 25% of the fat you eat. So if you eat their reccomended 15 grams per meal for 3 meals, it will block almost 4 grams per meal or 12 grams per day. That equals about 100 calories per day (9 cal per each fat gram). I would rather stick to this approach even though it isn't blocking a lot than deal with any side effects.
