How can a 13 year old girl lose stomach fat in 2 weeks without diet pills?

so i have been doing research and it says that crunches dont work! WHAT??! thats what i have been doing and they dont work so i need like somthing magical that will help me lose this stupid stomach fat

If your a size 8-12 and that your a 13yr old everyone gets even abit of stomach fat on them its life, while you grow up you most likely will lose it thats if you eat heathly, exerise 30mins 3-4 times a week, eating breakfast etc, and to stop wanting to be like a celeb because they dont look after themsleves like posh and being stuck up etc and setting a bad example for people
Drink daily 2 liters of normal water
healthy diet cut out a majority of the carbs lots and lots of water
running, swimming, crunches do help oh and the best thing I bought taebo with the bands you will see a difference in your abs within days

You can't lose it that fast.The only way to lose it that fast is to buy yourself a girdle.But doing Abdominal exercises will help. At the moment your targetting the wrong area.Learn how to breath Diaphramatically, as a singer does. It will tighten your tummy muscles.
Diet and exercise really work. A really good exercise for your tummy is to lay flat on your back and lift your legs and shoulders a few inches off the ground. Hold it for a few seconds then SLOWLY LOWER yourself back to laying down. Do not flop back down, it doesn't help.
Has anybody told you the crunches don't have to take your face all the way up to the knees and exhale when the target muscle region is contracting. Also, alternate exercises from day to day. Try step aerobics every other day. You might want to drink more water and also green tea. Good luck.
