I am 6'2, 240. i just started exersisng to get back in shape. what diet pills work the best?
Question:
Answer:
No diet pill is good for you. Eating healthy and exercise is much better for you!
None of them. Try modifying your eating habits. I got quick results with the South Beach Diet, but I don't think it's as healthy as a low fat, high fiber diet.
i dont think diet pills are to great for you but i guess try a natural diet suplement like green tea
NONE! Don't take them - they are a quick fix but they are dangerous. The manufacturer would never tell you that but the best way is to eat healthy and excercise. Please think about your health.
Cut down about 500 cal from your diet a day --- the best way.
How about any pills that claim to give you energy to work out and help you feel full?
depends what way you go about using them best way is just to eat sensibly and cut down on all the rubbish food you eat and have proper meals
I don't think any diet pill is the answer. Diet pills can cause other problems, if you're not use to having caffeine as a part of your diet, than diet pills are not the answer. Try walking short distances first, do leg rises and if you have steps at home try using them more often. Park your car a little further away from your destination, drink water before your meal, it will help you to feel full before you start eating. Start eating vegetables, the greener the vegetable the better it is for you, stay away from starch and sugar, eat fiber and fruit in the mornings, try not to miss breakfast. Some fruits are full of sugars, so try to be aware of your sugar intake. Remember, starches break down into sugar once absorbed into your body, so eating whole grains and wheat are great, you can buy almost anything in whole grain and wheat, and it doesn't taste bad.
