you can't. diet pills will never help you so rule out that. what you can do is clean up your nutritional habits (read: 'eating for life' by bill phillips and/or 'the eat clean diet' by tosca reno for help on learning how, what and when to eat to lose weight without cutting calories or food groups.) nutrition accounts for 80% of the way you look. the normal healthy rate of weight lose is 1-2lbs per week so obviously you won't lose 30 in a single month. doing it any other way can be dangerous to your health as well as won't be beneficial for the long term. also you can add daily walks outside to your lifestyle to get some exercise. exercise is going to accelerate weight loss so its a good idea to do it 5-6times a week for 30-60min.
Richard Simmons first book, Never Say Diet, is a wonderful way to lose weight. Its easy if you eat what you should and do the 10 minutes of exercise needed. The book will explain it all. You might not lose the 30 lbs in a month, but you will be amazed at how you will look in a few months. Getting the book will take a bit but it is surely worth it. Good luck!
