Actually some diet pills do work. Whether they are tested by FDA and are healthy for is the real question...
And really, what diet pills do is make you less hungry and speed up metabolism. But if you think about it, most big people AREN'T hungry when they eat anyway, so they aren't much help for people who eat when they aren't hungry to begin with.
The person who gave me a thumbs down is ignorant. Seriously, how many of you guys have actually used diet pills? You shouldn't say they don't work if you've never used them.
That stuff that has ephedra or whatever its called (i think a lot of stuff on tv has it) actually works cuz it speeds up your metabolism and heartbeat. They have caffeine in them too. SO they really do work, but you feel like crap, like you will get shakey and stuff. Also people can die from heart problems.
