Ephedra is illegal here in the US-- or at least I recall them removing it from products about 5 years ago.
It's essentially speed- no magic pill. It basically makes you jittery so you burn extra calories off with all that shaking. The real results are from eating a good diet and exercising regularly with cardio and weights.
PS- don't listen to the person trying to make you do the "cleanse". Obviously they're trying to sell something, and if you really want to try that program, just stop eating-- and never start again.
I would not reccomend using any diet pill. Though they will make you lose weight, in the end-you'll actually gain it all back plus some.
actually, when i took them i became very weak and unable to function- i had to get off of them
they are very dangerous, they increase ur heart rate-
tess,ephedra can interfere with heartbeat,,,,,,,,cardiac dysrhythmia,used small doses of it as a tea,,,for a short time its kind of a boost,,,,,effect on heart was a sudden lead feeling in legs,hadda sit down for half hour,stay away from the stuff
