Does anybody know any diet pills that actually work, like reallyyyyy work. THanks!?
Question:
Answer:
None really work. Read the labels...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.
There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and your attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again.

Not really sure about here in the States, but while living overseas in West Africa where my father was a doctor, he put me on a diet pill called PONERAX and I didn't even get thirsty on it. I lost weight following a diet plan also. As far as I know it has not been approved by the FDA for use here in the USA. It may be under a different name here but I have had no luck finding anything out about it.
i was on a diet called ''Herbal Life''and lost 40 lbs in 2 1/2 months,it is not just a diet pill its a diet plan of protein supplements and shakes etc..go to HerbalLife.com
good luck
Yes, any diet pills that contain ephedra. Protein fillers also work with meals.
I don't think diet pills are the long-term solution. I think it takes a new approach to eating in general. What works for me is a light breakfast, lunch and dinner with one snack and one treat. Outside of the treat (which is my freebie for the day) I stick to things like soy protein, low-carb meal replacement bars, whole grains, fruits/veggies, lots of water (no filler drinks like soda, snapple, etc.) plus a multivitamin and fiber and calcium supplements. Good luck!
