Diet pills?
Question:
just curious.
Answer:
Clenbuterol. You buy it online.
I wouldn't recommend diet pills. They can be at times harmful to your body. I would recommend that you visit the website in the source and read on losing weight in a healthy matter! There are many ways that you can lose weight fast and easy without having to take diet pills.
no non no- don't start popping pills. drink you water- eat according to the pyramid- exercise and lose weigth slowly and long term by changing a lifestyle. I've lost over 60 lbs. three different times in my life (ONCE AS A TEEN AND TWICE WITH BABIES) this way. diet pills dehydrate you system nd the sudden 10 pound drop is water weight and comes back as soon as you stop taking the pills. if you do it the right way it wont come back.
Honey, diet pills truly do not work (and many have been known to cause permanent heart damage). If you are in the market to lose weight, increasing protein & fiber while decreasing carbohydrates will do the trick (after my second child I went from a size 8 to a size 3 and have maintained this for almost 4 years and feel great). Soda's, high fat, sugar, and breaded or fried foods should be minimal. And exercise is a big helper to drop a few pounds & firm up.
Remember, being fit and feeling good is a lifestyle (not a pill). If you want to make a change, make sure it's something you can stick with to make it happen and keep the change going.
Good luck & health!
im not sure about the 18 part, i think you do have to be . as for best, ive tried hydroxycut and it worked great...lost 20 pounds w/ excercise and they gave me tuns of energy!
no diet pills are actually good for you. they ruin your body and your metabolism. there is never any good substitue for hard work such as working out. diet pills also dont have a lasting effect you can gain the weight back and be heavier than what you were from the beginning.
diet pills are good at making you loose weight but every diet pill on the market puts an enormous amount of stress on your heart which if not good for you
