How can i lose 20 pounds in 1 month without diet pills?!?

I need to lose 15-20 pounds this month. How can i do this without pills? What excersises and foods? Help me!

OMG, that would not be healthy! try losing small amounts at a time. Try ordering those special foods that come in the mail. or.
1 don't eat large proportions
2 do NOT eat junk food or candy
3 go on jogs every day
4 do crunches every other day
5 eat healthy
6 by eating healthy i mean salad, some meats, fruits and veggies
7 don't freak about your weight, it's just a number

that is too much to lose in one month, but you can lose a significant amount with a high protein, low carb diet like atkins - get the book though, because alot of people claim they know about it and say you can eat a pound of bacon and that's just not true.

you do eat more protein and salads though

another method for quick weight loss is a cleansing diet, like master cleanse, though I have never personally tried this one.

by the way, dont get hung up on a specific weight you want to be because through diet and exercise your body will change and so you may reach your goal of how you want to look BEFORE you reach a certain weight number. what's most important is that you FEEL healthy.

20 pounds in one month is unhealthy. Starving your self is not a good idea aether.
:O That would be 5 lbs a week! Not sure if this is the best way, go for 2 lbs a week, you will feel better. So first off remember portion size is key, also avoid as much high fat and processed foods as possible. Drink water all day long, almonds are a good protein choice to ward off hunger, just remember about how many you eat. Walking and bike riding would be a great form of exercise now that summer is here, oh and enjoy the seasonal fruit and garden vegies. Good luck <3
20 pounds in a month is a pretty tall order. Unless you are about 100 pounds overweight right now, it would be fairly unhealthy to lose that much in that short of a time. Also if you lose that quickly your skin will be lose and saggy, which looks worse than being a few pounds overweight.

Instead of looking at 20 pounds, why not say that you want to go down 1 size in your clothing? This is much more doable and it's possible that 1 size is really what you are looking for.

First off add some diet to your life. Either brisk walking, swimming, singles tennis, taebo, kickboxing or stepping will boost your metabolism so that you burn more calories and will help you blast away some of your current fat. Try to do your cardio 5 days a week for about 30 minutes.

Then stick to a pretty simple yet plain diet. Stay away from the junk food and fast food that you may have been eating before.

Switch from full fat dairy products to low fat or better yet non-fat. This includes yogurt, cheese, milk and coffee creamer. For a treat have some fat free ice cream.

Don't eat white bread. Instead only eat breads that say 100% whole grains or 100% whole wheat plastered across the front of the package. These will fill you up, are less calories than white bread, they will keep you full longer and won't spike your blood sugar like white flour product will. They also now make pasta out of 100% whole grains and they are really good tasting. Like regular pasta yet you feel satisfied way longer.

Eat a bowl of plain oatmeal every day. No sugar, no butter, no flavoring unless it's fresh fruit, fat free milk or a butter substitute. Oatmeal is high in fiber, will fill you up, takes a lot of calories to digest and will help you pass up on junk food.

Learn to eat a green salad every day. Eat as many vegetables as you want with the exception of corn and white potatoes which are high in starch and will make you feel hungry quicker.

Eat plenty of fresh fruit in season. Don't worry about the fruit sugar, you will will utilize it differently than regular sugar, plus it will calm your sweet tooth.

Instead of popping on a scale take a piece of clothing that is too tight on you and try it on once week.

Let that be your scale for your weight loss instead of a regular scale. It will give you a better idea of how you are doing and unlike a regular scale that can get you frustrated when you gain a pound or two of muscle, your clothes will give you an accurate account of how you are doing.

The exercise that you should be doing will depend on which part of your body you want to work on. Usually by targeting your midsection you can't go wrong. Do exercises like the bicycle, reverse crunches, side leg lifts, walking lunges and side crunches and you should be looking good very quickly.
