Are Extreme Diet Burn diet pills any good?
Question:
Answer:
no they arent FDA approved its poisin
In my personal experience, research, and opinion, none of the "diet pills" are any good. On every one of them (except the new Alli pill), they say that this product is not tested or approved by the FDA, and that it "should be used in conjunction with a proper diet and exercise program." The proper diet and exercise program is what makes the weight go away, not the $20 jar of Trim Spa (or whatever) that you wash it down with. All the diet pills really do is load you with caffeine and rev up your cardiovascular system. And continuing to do that artificially to your heart can cause real problems.
Unfortunately, there are no magic pills or quick fixes. You have to sweat for what you want - but it is within anyone's grasp. Take that $20 and buy a jogging suit and a jump rope - now it is a worthy investment.
Ask doc for prescription before taking them.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
