Alli causes anal leakege. That is a definite thumbs down, but hey!, its better then the blood problems other pills will cause!

Side effects are really strong the first week, but then you go back to Normal..What it does is that it supressess your apetite...For me it worked great because I am a very busy person..and I am always in the run..and If I got hungry, which happened very often, I had to eat right away so I ate whatever was infront of me or on my way to work or to the conference or meeting or wherever...Now I dont do that, since I am not hungry I can wait until I get home and actually eat home made food that is healthier...I dont crave for sweets that much and i eat cause I have to not cause I am hungry..
There are a lot of issues with the medicine, but I read and as long as you take it under doctors supervision, you will be OK...It is not a good idea to take it for more than 6 months..cause it can cause permanent side effects and heart issues...
Hoodia works best for me, the only problem with Hoodia is making sure you get the real stuff. You have to know where to look. You want to make sure you get "pure hoodia" not an extract.
