if you must take a diet pill although I stronger suggest not doing it.take one that doesn't have ephdra, tourine, ephdrine or large amounts of caffine... they can cause serious heart attacks. Remember it is very difficult for your body to absorb things like vitamins and supplements in pill for, so it would be best to drink like green tea (speeds up your matobolizm and supresses gunger) and apple cider vinager (does the same thing but better, but tastes way worse). The diet pill is not a miracle and a lot of them don't work, because they cause such a durastic change a lot of them throw your body into wack and they speed up you metabolizm and you body thinks it starving so you acutally end up eating more... same with the carb blockers... it does block some carbs (it doens't really seem effective I have tried quite a few) but makes you crave more carbs all the time. Diet and excersise is the best way to go hands down.
I am completely against any and all diet pills and fad diets. I tried many of them and never kept the weight off. All it takes is eating properly, exercise and time. My weight has changed since I bought an XL Glider from QVC. I used to be 225 lbs and now I currently weigh 190. I noticed that the more I work out on that machine, the faster the weight comes off. Eating sensibly helps. Water is a must. If you can get your hands on a yoga and pilates dvd, do that too. If you must resort to pills, I would talk to your doctor before trying any of them. A friend of mine took one with green tea and nearly had a heart attack. Not every pill is right for everyone.
I am a bit confused when you mentioned Alli. This is supposed to be a new kind of pill. When did you try it before?
