Diet pills, what is a good pill to help controll hunger?
Question:
Answer:
Hoodia is the best, it suppresses your appetite, doesn't make you jittery and has no side effects. The only problem with Hoodia is making sure you get the real stuff. You have to know where to look. You want to make sure you get "pure hoodia" not an extract. Get a pure hoodia brand that has C.I.T.E.S. certification. You also need to make sure you get 750 mg. to 1000 mg. per pill. They usually don't put enough Hoodia in these big chain store brands to do much of anything. To find the best Hoodia I always recommend Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodi...
Hope this helps.
Hoodia gordonii is probably the best known appetite suppressant. Some people say it doesn't work, others swear by it.
It's probably a bit like everything else -- you still need a little willpower, but every little bit of extra help is a plus! :)
Don't waste your money on diet pills. If it hasn't been prescribed by a licensed physician for a legitimate medical concern, it's just a hyped up sugar pill. Save your money for a gym membership and/or proper nutrition.
Control hunger with proper eating - eat small, frequent meals, emphasizing whole foods, healthy fats and lean proteins. Depriving yourself to the point that you binge later in the day is sure to have a negative effect on weight loss.
a good pill would be no pill at all! haven't you heard in the news what those pills really do? they destroy all the struction ofte body and the way it works... i'd rather advice you to eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible and drink really huge amounts of water! this will keep you full too and healthy! and getting thinner takes a lot of patience, whether you're going to the gym, or doing a diet, or using magic pills! especially when they don't work...
