The worst thing you can do is to not eat; instead of eating the fat content, your metabolism will actually eat at your muscle mass.

if you're that desperate, go to GNC and look around and ask questions what would be the best for your body. I tried those before but It got back fired. so it's better to work out and cut down your eating. better for your heart and body instead of starving yourself to death that will only lead to doubling your weight or more
Dont not eat. Your metabolism will slow down and as soon as you do eat itl store it as fat.
As for pills. Some of them cause you to feel full so thats good. But they also can cause you to feel jittery and anxious. (Im a bit of a comfort eater so I find with pills that as soon as I get anxious I reach for the biscuits) So my opinion is dont take them.

None work. Two words for you; veggies and water. If you seriously make an attempt to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetable per day and drink lots of water you will be too full to eat junk food. Not eating enough will cause you to not lose weight. It's just a waste of time to starve yourself.

Diet pills dont work. None of them do. They are unhealthy and can be dangerous.
Not eating is not going to help you lose weight because it slows your metabolism so you actually burn FEWER calories.
I suggest joining a gym or online fitness club. Working out and eating healthy is THE ONLY way to lose weight and be healthy. I have done it. And I have tried all the fads and pills, too. So, trust me, you have to work out and eat right. And eat often!
