Actually ephedra was illegal but now you can buy it but its not as potent as it used to be. it shouldnt be harmful as long as you dont over do it. Personally i love ephedra but i used it before it was banned. it gives you really good energy and stamina. I would recomend it all though i have not tried this new diluted version.
Yes, it's illegal in this country because it was killing people by giving them heart attacks.
