It is NOT worth the money.
There have been some excellent answers and links to scientific data on Alli in a number of previous posts.
If you have not done a search using Alli, then you are missing out on some of the best answers to the Alli question, I believe you will find more than 50 of them.
Don't waste your money. It has some bad side effects, it is terriably expensive, and mayo clinic says Alli users lost an average of 6 lbs more in 1 YEAR than people who did diet alone.
You have to take Alli with a low fat/low cal diet. So why not do the diet alone and save your money?
personally, I have not. a have a coworker and a few friends that have though and from what i hear, it doesn't do anything unless you are very overweight and eat a lot of fattening food. i don't think its for 5-10 lbs.
