I'm about 2 start taking Alli the new over the counter diet pill. Any advice, suggestions or experiences?

I don't know too much about it but my mom has recently started taking it and she has a thyroid problem so her doctor actually recommended Alli for her. I think its pretty good.
my mom is taking alli. she does not exercise and lost 8 pounds in ONE WEEK! she said that it makes her feel full all the time, so she doesnt want to eat as much. good luck! maybe if you exercise, u will loose more than her!
Be careful not to eat too much fat...diarrhea or gas with an oily discharge. Haha. :]
I took the RX strength for one month and was miserable. Anything you eat with fat will cause a loose stool. I would not recommend taking it! If you have the will power to resist fat to prevent the loose stools, you will lose anyway. If not, then you will hate the med.
Eat a very low fat diet. If you take this med after a high fat meal it will cause gassy diarrhea, leakage and cramps. Good Luck
