Does Shapely Secrets, diet pills with Hoodia, or NutriSystem really work?
Question:
Answer:
Other than Alli (the only fda approved diet pill so far) the only substances which will actually help you to lose weight are not officially diet pills. They are egcg, capsaicin, large amounts of calcium (really!), and monounsaturated fat. They don't do much too help you loose weight faster, but if you take them faithfully, you will have a lower final weight. Let me explain. A person who eats 2,100 calories a day and is relatively active should weigh about 140plbs. If these pills are able to cancel out 450 calories a day, than they will eventually weigh thirty plbs less without dieting at all, but they will lose it very, very, very slowly. Try a green tea pill with 90mg of green tea and a small amount of caffeine, 3xs daily. Plus 600mg calcium 3 xs daily, and a capsicin pill (no one is sure yet exactly how much capsaicin is necessary, but any pill will contain plenty) Also eat about 1 tbs. of olive oil a day in your food. All of these pills bought at the same time, are still less expensive than most diet pills.
I know a friend who used nutrisystem and it worked like a charm, also theirs a free trial @ http://proxynetwork.us/

The reality is ANY diet plan works in the short term if you stick with it. The question is, what diet plans are healthy and work over the long-term?
I can't comment on Shapely Secrets because I've never heard of it, but I can comment on hoodia and NutriSystem so here it goes.
Hoodia works for some people but not all. If it does work for you it will do only one thing - suppress appetite. Despite the hype surrounding hoodia, it is not a magic weight loss pill. All it does (again, if it works for you) is suppress appetite. It basically makes you feel full. The idea is if you feel full, you'll eat less and you'll likely make better eating decisions (like you won't pig out when you eat).
Hoodia isn't recommend for people under the age of 18 so I wouldn't recommend it to you either. If you're curious why that is, you can read this Hoodia Q&A about hoodia and teenage use:

As for NutriSystem, it is actually a very effective meal plan. The problem is, it can be expensive (to buy all the meals for every month you're going to be spending a minimum of $150). In addition, it will still require you to stick with their meals and not stray from the path! And how long can a person realistically eat only NutriSystem meals? In my opinion, I think it's a terrific diet plan but only for a short period of time.
Hope this information helps.

I just wanted to say don't try nutrisystem. The food is just awful.
You can have a procedure done by doctors . They staple your stomach so you can't eat so much. If you don't want that done,, Have them staple your lips.
