my boss is having huge success with the nutrisystem diet. she said she's tried weight watchers and everything and nutrisystem has food that actually tastes good and is affordable and is really helping her lose weight.
I wouldn't do alli, I have never wanted to spend the money on Jenny Craig but I did lose 79.5 lbs on Weight Watchers. I did it on line and love it.
I do have 15 to lose after having a baby but it feels like nothing after losing almost 80.

Hi there I started doing weight watchers about 3 weeks ago and I've lost 15 pounds already. This is the easiest diet ever I love it and I started taking Alli just yesterday and I feel great.
People have said that if you eat a diet high in fat you'll get gas, cramps and loose stools but since I'm hardly eating anything with fat I havent experienced any of those side effect.
