What Diet Pill(s) Do You Recommend?

Question:
Some people swear against them, some don't. Please, if you're anti-diet pills, move on. I'm 18 years old and 120 odd pounds. I'm pretty lean with the exception of a few, fatty problem areas. I also have a gym membership, and eat pretty well (but I'm a college student, so sometimes I sneak in the occasional fast food meal). I'm looking to hear what your suggestions are as far as what brand of diet pills to buy just to give me an extra hand with dropping a few pounds. My ideal goal is to lose 10 pounds. What Non-Prescription Diet Pill Do You Swear By? If you have some fitness/nutrition tips or website where I could find some, that'd be great too. I was going to try Alli, but like I said...sometimes I do slip up, and I don't want to have an accident, because of it.

Answer:
XENADRINE NRG 8hr diet pills.....

I lost 80lbs with this, eating right and excercise...no problems for me, and they got a good dose of b12 vitamins in it.
Diet pills, such as dexatrim block your appetite center in your brain. Get off the diet pill and you are hungry again.
Other diet pills work by flushing out fat---quit those and your body will refuse to metabolize fat.

Newer diet pills work by blocking the absorption of carbohydrates---get off those and your body refuses to metabolize carbohydrates.

That's how the 3 different kinds of diet pills work, no matter what the name. The end result is that you either get dependent on them and need more and more to maintain your body, or you get fat once you get off them because the body is refusing to metabolize what you blocked beforehand. As in the case of the dexatrim, you get off them and that will leave you hungry, hungry, hungry. So in essence, none of the diet pills is a good solution, because in addition to that do all of them have other, sometimes serious side effects.
most diet pills that are non prescription are usually for rapid weight loss, i would recomend alli, for many reasons. one its fda approved, two if you really look at other diet pills they say in really fine print that you need to diet as if you were on alli, and three it helps you loss the weight in a safe affective way. In college i kno its harder to eat right on a diet, but if you check, usually fast food resturants have a healthy alternative to they're other greasy foods, and always remeber a diet is a life style, if you slip up one day dont let it fluster you, just start agin the next day,its just if you never get back to eatin right is when it shows, good luck!
Yes some people swear against use of speed, your only 18yrs old,and when I was your age speed came in a greater variety, what we didn't have were a-lot of fast food. If your serious about shaping up you don't need to do anything more then give up the fast food.
I have younger friends that are still in college, when they leave the fast food alone, they end up dropping that extra 10 lbs.
And the aspect of being anti diet-pills, comes from 37yrs of heroin addiction that started with diet-pills,AMBAR extend was the pill ( methamphetamine&sodium amobarbital )they no longer make this drug combo because it felt to good, yes I lost the weight. And at this time1970 there were more drugs then you could do,bottom line is do the gym & stay off the fast food, you can loose 2lbs per week and this will stay off.
Save your money-no high priced junk food, and better self esteem for dropping lbs without drugs.
This is the 1 good aspect to getting older, you can share the way and hope that someone like you will take a closer look.
So college girl do some research, find out for your self what I had to say,I could care less if you want to spin out on diet-pills because I've been there done that.PS non script pills, go to the health food section of town & get some "MA-WANG" it's a liquid, and the main ingredient is ephedra-speed.
I recommend both Hoodia Gordonii and Cha de Bugre. Why both, because they usually don't put enough weight loss ingredients in these big chain store brands to do much of anything. Most natural diet pills have one ingredient for appetite suppression and one for boosting your metabolism but are so weak they end up doing nothing. I suggest getting a strong supplement for your appetite and a separate strong pill for your metabolism.

Hoodia Gordonii is a natural appetite suppressant derived from a South African cactus that the bushmen have eaten there for thousands of years. You need to make sure you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. Check out Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodi...

Cha de Bugre, is a new weight loss supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic. You can find more about it at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/cha_d...

Hope this helps.
I would only recommend safe supplements such as CLA, fish oil, drinking green tea, chromium, 5 HTP, and the newest is a whole food algae, called FucoThin that is completely safe and in double blind placebo studies increased metabolism by an average of 18%. All of these supplements are completely safe and have been linked to fat loss when combined with exercise and a healthy diet.
