Does diet pills really work?
Question:
Answer:
i have had lots of experience with diet pills and still like to experiment with different and new ones that come out, no they don't work in the long run, they do work great when you are taking them, but i find they can become addictive, once you see yourself loosing the weight you become addicted to loosing more, then once you realize you are at an unhealthy weight, coming off them can become a problem, i found myself eating everything in sight because my appetite resumed soon after and all the weight i had lost, came back, you are still young, there are plenty of other healthy ways of loosing weight, try walking for an hour each day, i have started that myself and found that i have lost way more weight and feel so much healthier then when taking pills, please only use them as a last resort, or for the last 5 pounds, not as a solution
I think that they are all mind over matter things. Just like other medications.
I've tried some b4 but haven't found anything that works. They may help with diet and exercise but I don't think they work too well by theirself.
I have no experience with diet pills but here is what I think of them. From what I have heard and what I think, there are diet pills that will help you lose weight - but the key thing is that you have to work out. You can't just take a pill and instantly you lose weight. Without getting too technical, just watch what you eat and try to work out when you can. Remember though, looks aren't everything. :-)
My thinking is that diet pills don't really work. Why not go like you are looking your best. Have a nice time.
