Stay away from diet pills.
There is not easy way.
Cut the diet pills and make a lifestyle change.
I joined a gym for two years and with no success.
I quit the gym.
Started walking.
Parked my car at the farthest end of the parking lot.
Walked whenever I could.
Did lots of swiming in the summer, ice skating in the winter.
I changed my eating habits.
Sugar is my weakness. I was very consious about that.
Stoped eating after 7pm
I lost 40lbs in a year.
I just did it slow.
Didn't deny myself food.
Just was alot smarter about it.
Diet pills scare me.
Most dont' work. Are you eating right to go along with your diet pills and exercise? That might be your problem. Have you tried the new diet pill Alli? It is the only one that is FDA apporved.
The only diet pill that I have thoroughly read good/successful reviews is Hoodia Gordonii Plus. It's an all natural, herbal pill, from some sort of leaves from Africa. I don't know the specifics, but if I had the extra $50, I'd try it. Oprah talked about it, it was mentioned on the news... all in good ways. But yeah.. ever since I read about that one, I've stopped wanting to try the ones in drug stores. I was on Zantrex-3 for quite some time not knowing the real side effects, and once I found out, I stopped!
