How can i lose 25 pounds in a month and a half without going to the gym or diet pills?
Question:
That is most definetly possible, because muscle weighs a lot less than fat.
Go on a 1200 calorie diet and weight improvements should improve drastically.
However, you will not look 'sexy' because it's all flab.
Atkins or South Beach. Drink at least two liters if not a gallon of water. You don't have to go to the gym to exercise. Take a long walk at the park, walk your dog (if you have one), clean your house, park a long way from the mall entrance etc...
Well walking or doing some type of physical activity for at least an hour. Drink lots of water and eat 5times a day very lite healthy meals.
It's probably impossible not to spend some money. BUT if you aren't looking to join a gym there are other alternatives. It is pretty much impossible to lose that much weight in a single month. However you can lose some and tone up and be good to go! Start by cutting out a lot of the saturated fats in your diet. I.e. french fries, anything deep fried etc. Eat smaller portions, but make sure you are getting all of your food groups. More protein than carbs though. Take a multi-vitamin to make sure you are getting everything you truely need. And exercise. At home you can do leg lifts, reverse crunches, wall sits, push ups, crunches (better on a swiss ball), oblique crunches. The possiblilites are endless, and with those you don't have to buy anything extra. Just remember to EAT. Most young girls believe cutting out all food is the way to go. It's most definitely not. Make sure to get all of what you need. A possible eating routine would be.
Breakfast: A bowl of high fiber cereal, skim milk
Lunch: High protein (tuna, skinless chicken, turkey) on multigrain bread with a banana or other fruit, maybe a salad with light dressing
Dinner: Protein, Fruit, Veggies, light on the carbs (Maybe some chicken, with brocolli and some fruit)
Snack: Up to you really. Yogurt is good, low fat cheese, fruit
Hope that helps some. And Good Luck!
you can't. unless you starve yourself to the point of needing hospitaliztion, you will not lose 20 lbs in a month and half. however, you can lose weight for free by exercising at home and eating less.
actually, muscle weighs MORE than fat. 25lbs in a month and a half is way too much to lose in a healthy matter. i can recommend plenty of things that will help, but they are short term, and you will gain the weight back DOUBLE once you stop the diet.
here's my suggestion:
Work out and eat healthy;
1. do NOT focus on lbs. measure yourself, waist, hips... and focus more on shedding inches, bc you can get skinnier without budgin the scale much...remember, muscle weighs MORE than fat.
adding just one lb of muscle, will instantly burn off 50 more calories per day while you are absolutely stationary...ie..it will increase your metabolism, so you can keep the weight off.
2. try to limit your intake of trans fat and saturated fats (things like soda, fast foods, and many things you might think are actually good, like wheat thins are high in trans fat.) these things go directly to your stomach.
3. limit you intake of SIMPLE carbs. limiting all carbs is too limiting, and is not good for your health. simple carbs are white pasta, white bread, and white rice. whole grains, whole wheat, and brown rice are actually good.
4. check out the label and stay away from any foods that lists High fructose corn syrup as the 2nd on the nutrition label...this is very bad for you, and causes weight gain.
5. try to consume fat fre or 1% milk, low fat yogurt, this can help burn fat.
if you do this, a realistic goal can be 12lbs the 1st 2 weeks, and 2lbs every week there after.
add some ligh cardio to that, and you're set. i would suggest 30 minutes of joggin or walking or any cardio, at appx 3 days a week.
good luck! :)
well...i dont think you can by not spending money, perhaps u could just eat oatmeal for snacks and even for breakfast...or you could avaoid eating snacks...not unlessyou're starving..hope this helps!:)
