I'm 14 years old and i am 5ft. 5 in.. I need a good diet plan that'll work without pills or going to the gym
Question:
Answer:
you're so young..why do you need to lose weight ?
Here are a few suggestions -- easy and they cost zero. Walk in the morning and evening for 30 minutes, at a good, brisk pace. When you fill your plate at meals, fill 2/3 of the space with fruit, salad, and vegetables, and the remaining 1/3 w/ lean protein -- fish, lean poultry, eggs. Drink lots of water. When you get hungry between meals snack on fruit. Every week when you exercise daily and eat well, reward yourself with something that is not food -- a CD, a book, a movie, a manicure. You mentioned that you are 14 -- I am assuming you still live at home. You can get a great workout by cleaning, doing yard work, and washing the car -- plus you'll make your parents very happy! :-) Good luck, and God bless.
i'm 14 and 5'5 too!!and 118lbs,well eat alot of salad, eat them rice cakes things, and apples...and water,my friend ate this for like a month and lost 20lbs so yeah
You shouldn't be trying to lose weight, unless you are actually overweight. Everyone could use exercise though, not just those looking to lose a few pounds. Go for walks or jog. Eat healthier foods.
Eat 100% whole wheat bread instead of white for example. Eat brown rice instead of white. Drink lots of water instead of sugary sodas, etc. it is all really common sense. If you are 14, then you should still be in school and should have a surplus of teachers to talk to about healthy eating and exercises that you can do to keep you toned and strong. You don't need to go to a gym to work out. Just go for a walk instead, enjoy the fresh air and the outdoors.
Go online and order the original Beverly Hills Diet--you will most likely lose a pound every day and feel great doing it. Book can usually be found for less than $7.
I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.myldirect.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 6.95$ shipping and handling.
